Meeting Bombing Investigator, Richard Chase

Huge shout out to Cynthia Hudson, New England Vendor Events and Aspiring Magazine for giving me so many wonderful opportunities to spread the word about Rebekah's Angels and my fundraising efforts at events across Merrimack Valley over these last few weeks.

Today, I tabled at the Haverhill Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair  where I met Richard Chase, Author, a retired Massachusetts State Police Officer who was a key figure in the investigation and manhunt for the bombers. He has chronicled his 32-year law enforcement career, including his pivotal role in the bombing investigation and the subsequent battle with PTSD, in his memoir titled “I Promise to Come Home”. It was an honor to meet him today.

There is a reason I transitioned my career late in life to becoming a professional fundraiser - I absolutely love getting out in the community, making connections, and spreading awareness of causes that are important to me.
